Construction has officially commenced at Goose Green, Wolvercote, with a ceremonial groundbreaking held on Tuesday 14th July. The ceremony was attended by Oxford councillors, including Councillor Linda Smith, Cabinet Member for Housing and Communities.
Delivered in partnership with Oxford City Council and The Hill Group, this scheme will provide 24 high-quality homes as part of the city’s wider Affordable Housing Supply Programme. The development reflects a shared commitment to addressing Oxford’s housing need through sustainable, energy-efficient design and a mix of tenures.
