This has been a really exciting year for OX Place. We’ve started to realise our vision – beautiful, high-quality, sustainable homes in Oxford for Oxford people. Making a difference at this scale is inspiring.

In 2022, we have completed on two developments. That’s two more communities that are starting to grow. It’s two sets of homes where local people can live with pride and dignity. And it’s two sets of evidence that we can achieve what we have set out to achieve.

We have learned so much from this last year and have made a point of capturing that learning, not only internally, but by speaking to the people who are living in OX Place homes and finding out what has worked really well and what has been less successful.

As we look ahead, we have a number of developments on the horizon. My priority is that we keep moving forward without compromising. That we keep improving and making the processes and experiences as positive as possible for the people who will be living in our homes.

We have matured as an organisation. As well as refining our internal processes and governance, we have established a strong core team of people who are dedicated to delivering for Oxford. We have made a name for ourselves among communities across the city as the developers on their side.
