Our pipeline of future developments is very strong. We’re excited to be making significant progress in 2023.

Our ambition is that in future every OX Place home will be a zero-carbon home. We will achieve this by building on our success so far, continuing to improve our fabric first approach and increasing energy generation. We’re constantly pushing the agenda and working to electrify all our sites.

Not only will these zero carbon homes meet our sustainability goals, but they will also be more affordable to live in. These warm, healthy homes will transform the way people live.

Bridges Cross

36 Apartments

Standing proudly in the heart of Oxford’s historic city centre, Bridges Cross is a brand-new development of contemporary apartments, providing a unique opportunity to call this sought-after location home.

This city centre development of 18 properties for social rent, eight for shared ownership sale and 10 more for private sale is in a great location for local people and includes a variety of property types.

Bertie Place

31 Homes

At Bertie Place, after comprehensive community engagement programme, we are about to submit our planning application to build 31 properties along with a community garden, improved access to local woodland and a multi-use sports court and playground.

Meadow Lane

32 Homes

With 32 new homes planned for this village location, we’re making affordable housing available in a much sought after area. The scheme includes 13 homes for shared ownership and another 19 for social rent. It’s incredibly difficult to get onto the property ladder in Iffley and this development will make home ownership a reality for local people. The homes are designed to a very high-standard and we will be planting the neighbouring meadow and enabling access to green space for the community while creating better habitat for wildlife.

Lanham Way

20 Homes

Lanham Way will soon be providing 20 new homes. 10 homes will be available to buy through shared ownership and 10 of the new 2 & 3 bedroom homes will be available for social rent.

We bought this site from Oxfordshire County Council and the first residents due to move in during the summer of 2024. This site has a village feel and will create a lovely new community.

Railway Lane

20 Homes
Railway Lane will be providing 90 thoughtfully designed, high-quality homes in Littlemore that will be available for social rent and to buy through shared ownership.

Goose Green

30 Homes

Goose Green is tied to the Oxford North development and will include 30 new homes, including 11 for social rent. We’re due to start work on site in January 2024 and complete in January 2025.

Over the next two and a half years, we will build 111 new homes as part of our Oxford North development works, with the first handovers expected in March 2024.
