This city centre development of 18 properties for social rent, eight for shared ownership sale and 10 more for private sale is in a great location for local people and includes a variety of property types.
At Bertie Place, after comprehensive community engagement programme, we are about to submit our planning application to build 31 properties along with a community garden, improved access to local woodland and a multi-use sports court and playground.
With 32 new homes planned for this village location, we’re making affordable housing available in a much sought after area.
