In line with regulative guidance, we have to be open in offering our shared ownership homes on a first come first served basis. Our first come first serve approach at OX Place is based upon whomever is first to pass their Stage 2 full affordability assessment and submits their completed OX Place application form.
Upon allocation, you will have 5 working days to provide all the required documentation needed to receive full sign off from the mortgage or financial advisor. You will also be required to complete our reservation paperwork and pay a plot deposit for your new shared ownership home.
Eligibility
In line with regulative guidance, we have to be open in offering our shared ownership homes on a first come first served basis.
